@shubham2 its because your admin not gives you rights for the orchestrator to make any modification. Contact with your Organization for the Access.

I think your user don’t have permission to access the orchestrator, Ask admin to give your user rights to this tenant

I am also facing the same issue even the user has access to Orchestrator
