I have an image sitting inside of a document retrieval system and I want to be able to pull a data table from this image as opposed to just utilizing “Get OCR Text”
Any ideas?

Yeah we can do… I would suggest you use the CV Activities (CV Extract Datatable) to extract the datatable from the image. Also, i would suggest you to check out the below link -Uipath Tutorial | Computer Vision in Uipath (Part - II) - YouTube
