Scheduling in VM using Orchestrator

Hi,

I am scheduling my robot in the Virtual Machine… One of my process includes backend operations (fetching and sorting data from DB and sending an email). It is working fine when scheduled.

Another process includes opening PDF and reading OCR data using relative image scrapping. Can I schedule it and turn off my VM? Will it work properly or we need to swtich on VM everytime the schedule is planned?

Please help…
