Save same attachment in different mails, renaming after subject

Hi, I really could use a good friend.
I get multiple mails (somestimes daily) with same attachment but with different subject.
Example:
Mail 1:
Subject: mail 10
Attachment: File 1.txt

Mail 2:
Subject: mail 11
Attachment: File 1.txt

I want to save the attachments as 10 and 11 as filenames.
And I want to save the oldest mails first.

If filename exist, then override.

Hope someone could give me a hand.
