Save Attachments activity for Outlook not downloading all attachments from a single email

Hello,

What could be the cause of the Save Attachments activity skipping random attachments in an email? I have the bot going into Outlook and downloading all attachments from unread emails. Some emails have one single attachment, others may have more like 25. This particular instance, the email had 27 PDFs of similar size attached and the bot missed 5 of the attachments (they open just fine manually, no corruption, and they are not the last 5 attachments nor are they all in a row).

Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you add any filters in the save attachment activity…can you please show the configuration…

And also befor edownlod try to log the attachment count to ensure if all are fetched

I guess the names of the attachments are the same so the bot is overwriting the same files.

Please add the time stamp at the end of the file eg: FileName_hhmmss.

Just to test can you please so this in log message email_for_d(0).Attachments.Count this gives the count of attachments

And is there any specific attachmnet that is missing?
