SAP download and left open at end - How do I close the excel workbook SAP opened?

I have finished my build in StudioX and when my bot gets done running my downloaded excel files remain open and I cannot see a way to close them? I’ve looked in Studio and you have a close workbook activity but I can’t seem to get it working but I may just not understand the string needed. Can anyone explain how I can get any download from SAP that automatically opens the excel documents to close? It worked fine and I used it but I need it to close those excel files at the end.

Hi @Lori_Ehardt

I would suggest this solution don't open automatically the excel file during download in SAP | SAP Community

Just download file a different way. See link above

Then you do not need to close it, as it will be not opened
