How to close the Excel file that open automatically after downloaded from SAP in Studio X?

After downloading the spreadsheet from SAP, it will open the excel automatically. When I need to use this file and perform actions, I use “use Excel activity” and the file is being open second time in read only format.
I did searched for the solution and saw a close application method to solve the issue, but I don’t have it in Studio X.

Try using use application activity with send hot keys to close or use click on close button
