Run with trigger using orchestrator problem

Hello guys so i have a trigger for my automation everyday to get the data from SAP. But lately i feel like my unattended robot having a problem because when the trigger run the automation, it didnt get the data. But when i run the automation manually from uipath studio i get the data, do u guys know why that thing happened?

The trigger works but the process does not run

Good morning friends, please I need your help please: When I am on the server (windows server 2012 r2) connected via remote desktop, everything works fine, but when I exit the remote desktop and then enter to check if the trigger was executed, only one activity of the whole process appears, that first activity was open a url, then log in … but only the user entered the password, but I can’t click on the “log in” button I get the following error in the log: Blockquote "Info: Timeout reached…

Hi @sangeethaneelavannan1 its a different problem. My problem is trigger works and run the automation but the automation didnt run perfectly. Example is my project having a data scraping activity and then write to the excel. When i run using orchestrator trigger the automation didnt write the data to the excel but when i run it manually the automation write the data perfect.
