Run the process automatically if machine is off?

Hello everyone,

I want to run a uipath process automatically via orchestrator without clicking the run button or function key.
For example I schedule it to run automatically like every day at 00:20 am.

My two Question are ; can the process automatically be run when the my machine is off (shutdown mode)?

Does it matter if I use enterprise or community edition?
