Run Queue on the Robot I want

Hi, I have cloud unattended 3 robots (robot-1,robot-2,robot-3) and 3 machines (machine-1,machine-2,machine-3).

Whenever 3 new item added to queue, I want to start first transaction item on robot-1 and machine-1 pair. Second in robot-2 and machine-2 and so on. And when 4th item added it will start on robot-1 and machine-1 pair again.

How can I do it?
