Run process in orchestrator not success, but work when i click in assistant

I manual start a process in orchestrator in the folder “My Workspace”
Then i go to “Jobs” tab and see that the State is “Pending”, it never run

Then i go to the other folder called “HR Department”
I manual start another process in orchestrator and it runs

im using same machine and robot for 2 processes, why is the one not working in “My Workspace”?

More Details:
Process in “My Workspace” is simple copy and paste excel activity
Process in “HR Department” is a window message activity for testing

In UiPath assistant, i click start the “My Workspace” process, it works, and i can see the jobs recird in orchestrator as “Successful”, the source is “Assistant”

For those i click start in orchestrator, the source is “Manual”, and all result in pending that i have to kill it

Please help, is it my robot setting incorrect? How can i troubleshoot this? Thanks!

Check robot and machine configuration in Orchestrator, ensuring the robot is linked to both folders with proper permissions. Verify process settings and permissions in “My Workspace.” Check for any triggers or conditions causing the pending state. Review logs for errors, and try restarting the robot or clearing pending jobs in Orchestrator.
