Robot Showing As "Connected, Unlicensed"

I have already attempted the steps in this knowledge base article: Robot Status Connected Unlicensed with no success.

The robot is already given an allocated license, and so on. Unfortunately, it is as if the robot and the Orchestrator aren’t communicating with each to verify that the robot is licensed.
