Hi,
I have completed Advanced certifications 2 years back but haven’t seen the badge and title updated on my profile.
I have completed all 3 levels of certifications:

1. Level1 foundation diploma
2. Level 2 Orchestrator
   3.Level 3 Diploma as well as Advanced developer certification back in Jan 2019.

Is your email on the forum the same as the email at academy?

I have completed advanced training in 2019, I just found out that the profile on my forum does not yet have the title Robot master. How to get Robot Master Tag

Hi All, I have done all the training on Academy as well as completed Advance Level certification thrice (one on personal Email and 2 with corporate emails). Still its not synced with my forum. So does anyone have any idea how to link these accounts and get proper tags for the same. Thanks

@Latika10011740, https://forum.uipath.com/g Search for the relevant group and let me know what you see there ? You should see something like this [image] In your Case, you should see a Request or Join Button . Something like this [image] Or [image] Let me know what options you see there.

@Mulya_Habibi_Tullah: It was same until SSO came in place.
But currently, my username and email on forum is same as my username for academy which is my personal email address. However my primary Email for Academy account is set to my corporate account which is different than that of email address for forum.
