How to get Robot Master Tag

Hi All,

I have done all the training on Academy as well as completed Advance Level certification thrice (one on personal Email and 2 with corporate emails).
Still its not synced with my forum.
So does anyone have any idea how to link these accounts and get proper tags for the same.
