Robot Machine Cloud Robot - VM cant run jobs

Dear Community, please kind help
im little bit confusing about machine Cloud Robot - VM, im already created machine that has type Cloud Robot - VM, im assigning the machine into folder that goals for me is can run jobs in that machine, this is example of my machine

when im running the jobs it become pending (state) with Pending Allocation (Host Identity) as picture below

is it because the machine didn’t have license ? if because of that how to add license to that machine which machine Cloud Robot - VM, because machine (Machine Template) can set license different with machine Cloud Robot - VM

actually thread before its discuss for error when running the jobs, now its successfully runing but the jobs goes to pending
