We have a node locked attended robot, and we have 1 process deployed. When I run the process, it works fine.
But when a new user want to run the process, he needs to ‘install’ the process from his robot UI. after he click the ‘install’ icon, there will be an error message after 10 minutes.

Yes. Because our laptop’s firewall block robot from downloading the dependency package. You just need to copy the dependency package from your developer environment to your production environment.
