Multiple attempts to download Package Failed

I am getting the following error while downloading the package from robot Tray. Can you please help?

I have installed Robot on Automation server and exported bot packages from Development server to Automation server. When I try to start job from Orchestrator or when I am trying to download and install processes from Robot tray in Automation server machine, I am getting feed error. It is not allowing to download UiPath Official dependencies like ‘UiPath.Database.Activities.1.0.7053.27728’ and ‘UiPath.Credentials.Activities. 1.1.6479.13204’. Can you clarify what is meant by " When I change the service owner to Admin privileged account, was able to download dependencies." ?

@supermanPunch and @Siddarth_Nair : Did you manage to find the resolution to fix this issue?
I am facing the same error when installing the packages from UiPath studio.

Will be a huge help if someone can help me with it.
