Robot Connected -Unlicensed

Hello,

I have some problems regarding the assistant and I don’t know what the problem is.

I have this env with the same account, and I don’t know why when try to run a process from the orchestrator it remains in a pending state…
I connected with the URL on the assistant and I get Connected - Licensed, but still, the processes remain in pending.
When I connect with the machine key the robot is Connected - Unlicensed.
How can I solve this?
Is there a possibility to delete environments?
