Robot cannot login the Application

Hello all,

I tried to have a RPA project for a application,
but if I login and handle prompt window by robot,
the following window will be shown, but I can login the application by manually

Add Delay Between Actions:

  • Some controls may not be fully initialized when your bot tries to click or type.
  • Add a small Delay (e.g., 1–2 seconds) before clicking the Login button.

I have added delay between each activities. But still not work for both ui activites and send hotkey method

Try using “SendWindowMessages” or even default typing methods instead of “SimulateType”, which may bypass UI logic.

If manual login works fine but the bot login fails, it’s possible your automation is skipping some essential hidden logic (like events triggered on focus or typing). please share UiPath error and application login page screenshot

Actually there are no any exception in UiPath, after I type all the login information into the field and click login, it will prompt up a window, and robot will handle this window, then the application will prompt up the window what I shown in my posted.

@raymond.hm.wong,

As the Ui controls are less on the screen, can you try using Keyboard shortcuts like tab and enter to logic and traverse through one textbox to another.

I feel there is something in that application which is crashing when bot try to interact with it.

  1. Run UiPath with Administrator Privileges
  • Ensure that both UiPath Studio and UiPath Robot are executed with “Run as Administrator” .
  • This ensures system-level access required by ECUS software to interact with network and web services.
  1. Configure System Proxy Settings for Robot
  • Open Command Prompt as administrator.
  • Set the same proxy that is configured for your user account using the following command:
netsh winhttp set proxy proxy-server="http=yourproxy:port;https=yourproxy:port"
  • Replace yourproxy:port with your actual proxy server and port.
  1. Manually Verify Proxy Access
  • Open a browser (preferably Internet Explorer or legacy Edge) and navigate to:
    http://ecus.vn/EcusService/WebService.asmx
  • If the page does not load, it confirms a proxy issue that needs to be resolved at the network level.
  1. Add Retry or Delay in Workflow
  • Add a small delay (5–10 seconds) before the login button is clicked in UiPath to ensure the application has time to initialize network requests before proceeding.
