Hello community,

Today while running the robot I’m getting this error - Retry Get transaction item: An error has occurred. Error code: 0

Does anybody knows about how to solve this issue?

Welcome back to forum

Make sure your user has enough permissions to edit and view the transaction item
Go to the Users section by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of Orchestrator, go to Roles, and edit

As already mentioned, most probably the roles for the Robot/User needs to be Edited, a similar post having the same error Code also mentions the resolve as the same :
