Requesting full workflow that will pick a random email address from a excel worksheet and then send an email to the selected record by an Outlook email

Hello,

I am very new to RPA development and am struggling with a problem I have.

I have an Excel file with 1000 email addresses, I need to randomly select an email address from the “Email” column from the worksheet “Customers” and then send an Outlook email to the 1 randomly selected customer advising that they have won this month’s draw.

I have spent the last few hours hours at this and am going around in circles.

Can anyone help me here please with a visual of the workflow. I have tried ChatGPT numerous times, but I must be missing something

Just fyi, this is a bad use case for automation, it only happens once a month and would take an extremely short amount of time to do.

If its for learning no worries, but just wanted to give the check.
