I need to get all emails coming from Outlook, save the sender, check if the sender email is present in an Excel file.

I need to check if the email sender is present in the column “Rif. recapito”, if yes get the corresponding value in the column “Codice rete”.
Can you please help me in creating a workflow?

Hi,
Once you receive the list(mailmessage) use a for loop and inside for loop send the from address to a table created using build datatable activity,
And then you can use select query and check using if statement weater the value from address is there or not.
Please use this logic and build your workflow.

Step1:use get Outlook mail and get all the mail
Step2:loop through all the mails
Step3:assign strSeneder=mail.fromaddress
Step4:read excel file
Step5:drFilteredResult=DT.select("[Rid.recapito]="’"+strSeneder.tostring+"’"")
Step6: result will be of type array of data row.
Step7:check count of drFilteredResult(valadiation)
Step8:convert to data table
dtFilteredReult=drFilteredResult.copydatatable()
Step9:write to excel file
