Try the following:
- logintoconsole: true / false
- disconnect the robot machine before starting a job (or sign off)
- check the maxim session number in windows 10
- make sure that allow rdp session is set on the machine, also make sure that you can connect via rdp on that machine (check this: How to use Remote Desktop app to connect to a PC on Windows 10 | Windows Central)
The error usually appears:
- hd robots
- machine is overloaded
- rdp is not enabled
- another user use the session
