Replace picture with current picture in Word or add new picture with exact position

I tried using add picture activity it is adding in last page of the word file but i need to add picture using position .
Also tried using replace picture but it is asking for altText where this filed is not showing in my existing picture/file. @loginerror @aksh1yadav

Edit Alt text option is not showing for my picture which is there in word file.

Which version is this?
also check if it possible by clicking on save as picture.
