Hey there!
I’m having trouble renewing the license. I’m supposed to go to Studio → help to get the device ID, in order to put it in that form, but studio is no longer loading until I renew the license. It’s the old double bind. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thank you, but that’s the link I was using. The last field is device ID, which I’m supposed to retrieve from Studio. I can’t open Studio until I renew the license.
click, on the activate(1st Option) and it should navigate you to the same page and also will show you the device id. You can copy it from there and fill the form and submit it.
Post that restart your studio and you should be 12 weeks good
