License expired for community edition

My uipath community edition license got expired.can anyone please help to extend it since I need to work on very important things.

Hi

I am also facing same problem. I have tried via link you have provided, but still it is not renewed. When I am opening studio, and trying to click on Renew. After adding my email id (machine id it catches itself) it gives below error
