Troubleshooting Steps / Resolution:
- Uninstall the Studio.
- Navigate to the below location paths, and Try deleting the Folder named UiPath if exist.

- C:\Program Files\UiPath Platform
- C:\ProgramData\UiPath
- %APPDATA%\UiPath

- %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\NuGetScratch
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\NuGet
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\UiPath
- %APPDATA%\Roaming\UiPath
- %USERPROFILE%\.nuget
- %temp%\nuget
- %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
- Now run the UiPathStudio.msi as an Admin User if needed or could also be a local user
- Up on installing, open the UiPath Assistant --> Preferences --> Connection Type "Service URL", provide the Service URL
- Would also suggest to Restart the machine
- Up on logging back as a local user. you will be able to launch the assistant and works as expected.
