Can not open UiPath

When I try to open the UiPath, It will show nothing on my desktop.
I checked the Windows Event Viewer and showing this message when I open UiPath.
Message: Failed to create CoreCLR, HRESULT: 0x80004005

Hi

Ensure that your system, UiPath are up to date. Updates might contain bug fixes that could address this problem. Or If you have UiPath Studio installed, try repairing it through the Control Panel > Programs and Features (or Apps & Features) > UiPath Studio > Repair.
If that doesn’t work, uninstall UiPath and then reinstall the latest version from the official UiPath website.
