Try reconnect and establish connection before using the template again.

Make sure all the connections were correct and if possible disconnect all connections and reconnect them “Gmail” and if you are using the Microsoft sheets then recheck the connection for that activity too.

I am not only asking about the Gmail connection , even i am using ui activity also, i can’t able to run the process.
Every time it shows the error - Could not establish connection to agent.
