Community edition couldn't connect to Orchestrator

Hi Experts,

I’ve got an issue to connect studioX project to Orchestrator.
I can login to https://cloud.uipath.com/ but project still can’t connect to Orchestrator.
Note that I have configured robot and machine in Orchestrator and worked before this.

Here is the log:

In the orchestrator settings in UiPath Assistant, put platform.uipath.com/tenant name.
It should work. see pic below:

I can open UIPath Assistant now. The config looks OK but connection is failed:

Can you check is there any firewall / antivirus is blocking the connection to orchestrator?

If you are connected to any VPN then disconnect and try to connect via internet

I tested w/o connect to VPN and only to internet and StudioX project still can’t connect to Orchestrator.

After w/o connect to VPN are you able to connect? or still showing connection failed?

As we see that the machine is not able to connect to orchestrator as it is blocking by firewall / antivirus, can you check this step also
