Regarding_UiPath Studio Problem_Please help

UiPath studio template is blank. i am not able to create any project. so please help me.
I am using 2024.10.1 version I installed it several times but still have same issue. If I am opening an old project then drag and drop is not happening.

everything all set in my system. previously it was working . but i don’t know what happened. i am not able to troubleshoot.

Are there any network firewall rules on your machine? If your system is company asset then there would be some.

If personal then I would suggest to do a clean reinstall once.

I have a couple of follow up questions to help us further investigate this:

  • Just wanted to check if UiPath Studio template is blank is referring to the backstage or does this occur after creating a new project? Would you be able to share a screenshot about the experience or more details to help us confirm this?
  • If this also occurs on an existing project, is this related to adding activities from the Activities Panel or through the command palette?

Hi @Shailendra_Rajak ,

Thank you very much for sharing this screenshot. Based on this, I can infer that you are under an Attended License which grants only read rights (more information about this here). That would explain why you are able to open a project and not create a new one. Do you happen to see a note in the bottom of the page with this information?

Alternatively, would you be able to check the license type you are using?

Once we confirm this is the issue, I’d also like to help you sort out this issue but let’s first confirm this.

Glad I could be of help here. @Shailendra_Rajak , do you happen to know how it got into this state? Was there an explicit change in licensing?
