Reading Email Files of .msg Extension

Hi all,

I am trying to figure out a way of reading the contents in an email file of .msg extension.
Fields that I need are: Sender, Subject and Body
I found a couple of threads but none of them solves my question or the vb.net, c# code does not work for me.
e.g. How to obtain Subject, Sent Date, etc from saved .msg files
Read a .msg file and save attachement

Appreciate any help at all.
