Read Range(Add Header ) is giving error

I took Read Range Activity, after ticking Add Headers … it is giving error saying data table already contain some values.
If I untick the AddHeaders , it is working properly.
can someone explain this .

Do you have empty columns, merged columns in your header? Can you attach a sample Excel and workflow?

Does it make any difference when we have empty columns, merged columns .

we need more info about what are you trying to do, that option is working fine.
