Error reading Excel to a Data Table

I am getting an error when I try to read an Excel to a data table, I have this same activity working correctly for a different Excel file.

Any ideas on how to correct this?

If you get more than one column with the same name then it gives this error…
In the other file, you might not have this scenario…

You can avoid this using unselecting add header in the read range property
or you can make changes to excel to have unique column names…

Thank You, I did not understand what the error was trying to tell me. I do not control the creation of the File. I will uncheck the Headers box and see if that gives me the results I need.
