Hello @Dhanushka_Gunasinghe ,

As per my understanding you will have to use Document understanding here with handwritten recognition engine. Please refer the below document.

Because using the normal OCR engines most of the characters in this document cannot be read properly.

I would advice to avoid this automation because error rate would be really high
