Queues with unique reference

Hi,
I have a queue with unique reference.
When I add an item to the queue, can I delete it?
In New state, or in Progress state or abandoned state from Orchestrator?

Will I be able to re-add the item if needs to be with my Add queue item?

You cannot delete items in , in progress stateā€¦remaining you can delete and same reference can be added after deletion

Hi @A_Learner

The transaction items whose status is in Progress State cannot be deleted.

The transanctions items with Status New and Abandoned can be deleted.

Remember that if you have transaction item in In Progress State for approx 24 hrs then itā€™s status changes to Abandoned.
