Queue item customisation

Hi..I need to create a bar diagram with success and failed queue items using insights.I would like to know how can we count certain exception type as successful based on reason filter.So for certain reason i want that to be counted as success and rest as failure. Is there a way using custom expression or any other way to achieve this?

For this scenario we have Insights option from UiPath orchestrator, there already some pre build templates will be available. you can check it over there.

I’m already using insights.The problem here is there is only way to filter with status.I’m looking for customisation in failed records ,based on failed reason ,certain record to be added as success

You can use the custom variables in the insights, to filter more specifically, also check the these default variables

Use custom dashboard by yourself instead of using built in template. there you can any custom filters and from other portals(AI) i got some info take a look if it may help for you or not

  • In UiPath Insights, go to the custom dashboard (not the prebuilt Queue dashboard).
  • Click on “+ Create Custom Measure” → Paste the above logic.
  • Use this in your charts/tables instead of the default Status.
