Queue Item - Attended bot

Hello,

How can I retrieve particulate transaction item from Queue to process in attended bot. We have a list of items in Queue and these need to be processes through attended robots. we are using Queues for tracking and logs.

The user enter a a transaction item number and if its present in Queue with New status the process should to be continued and updated transaction status once done.

Could some one suggest, if we do have any option to fetch only specific transaction from Queue and process/

Never mind I can use get queue Item with reference option. Correct me if any further available options.
