Questions about the UiPath Academy Level 3 advanced second task

I’m working on the second task of UiPath Academy Level 3, but when I run Dispatcher, "Information of Orchestrator is not available at Add Queue Item. Make sure that the UiPath Robot service has been started. Is displayed.
I do not know the solution method, and it would be very appreciated if you could help me.

Go to Windows Services (type “services.msc” on startmenu) and start the service named “UiRobotSvc”.

See if the Ui Robot is running in your tray. If not, try entering “UiPath Robot” in your windows search/start area and run it. See if that helps.
