Orchestrator information is not available Please check if UiPath Robot Service is started

Hi
I have done the Level 3 assignment called “Generate Yearly Report For Vendor Dispatcher” after run the solution i am getting this error "Orchestrator information is not available. Please check if UiPath Robot Service is started. "
Note:I am using community edition not licensed version.
i have created Queue in Orchestrator name called “InHouse_Process4”

i am struck here can you please suggest anyone to complete this task.

Is the queue code and main process can be created separately and try to publish the code

kindly check the config file whether the details provided for queue name is matching one!
