Process takes forever to get installed on the Robot

Hi, Robot takes forever to download and install the process from Orchestrator. It’s fine on my machine but not on the users’. Robot is running in Service Mode. I checked the event viewer and no error is produced there from UiPath app suite. What’s going wrong? Please inform me if you need more details regarding the issue. Thanks.

I will suggest to copy paste packages folder from your .nuget folder to user’s .nuget folder
As it is faster I always do this.

All right. I’m going to install the robot on another machine too. I’ll try this.
