Process Mining - Active : No Status

After installing Process Mining Server (21.4.1) and updating the license, an error that the server license is invalid occurs. How to resolve it?

When installing Process Mining, the file "processgold.lic" needs to be moved and not copied.

If in the license tab, the status is "Active: No", follow these steps to fix it:

  1. In the admin console, go to the License tab and deactivate the License, in case the activation was done.
  2. Go to the location where Process Mining was installed.
  3. Search for the file "processgold.lic". The file should only be present once in the main folder (or as per the documentation, in ) as seen below. If it is present it in multiple locations, delete all of them, besides the one in the Process mining folder, for example.

  1. Once the files are deleted from the subfolders / other locations. Connect to the console again and upload the license again
  2. This should fix the issue
