Process Mining license configuration not valid

Hi.

I have installed process mining and I am trying to activate the license.

I am getting the following error:
“license configuration not valid: Maximum active applications must always be higher or equal to the maximum processes.”

What does this error mean?

I think something went wrong with generating the license for you. Could you fill in the contact form: Contact Technical Support ?

They will help you further in getting a correct license.
