Problem with Orchestrator Installation

While Installing the Orchestrator it shows an Error : An error has occurred while configuring the IIS. What can be the reason for this issue?

I couldnt able to raise support ticket it shows this error but I couldnt able to type anything in this field

Please try to use other web browser.

Used Chrome and other browser where it doesn’t show this error but it is saying all mandatory fields are not given.

Please try to click Validate License Code button first and then provide Organization Name.

Tried validate license code still the issue persist

Hmmm I think you should use this form then:

Contact Licensing Queries & Activations

And ask if there is no issue with your key. Normally by clicking Validate License Code button it should automatically fill out this field.
