Periodic password updates

Looking for ideas/inspiration/solutions:

Some of our clients (all on Cloud Orchestrators) have a 30/60/90 day password expiration policy, which ofcourse affects the AD accounts used by our Robot Accounts in Orchestrator.

What is the best implementation that will a) ensure that passwords on the AD accounts are updated before the password expires, and that this password update is then reflected in the account credential settings for the Robot User in Orchestrator?

Is there no credential vault that they are using ? That way these can be hndled

They have Secret Server I believe. I believe in OnPrem Orchestrator this is pretty easy to set up, but cannot find anything in (or about) Cloud Orchestrator.

Holy :poop:, I was looking for that page in Orchestrator and felt like an idiot because I couldn’t find it. Now I know FOR SURE that I’m an idiot - it is literally right where it is supposed to be!! :joy: :joy:

PS. For all you other co-idiots out there:
Go to your Orchestrator tenant → “Tenant” → “Credentials”, and boom!
