PDF Data Extraction with multiple templates

HI Guys,

We need some technical help on how we should handle multiple templates like attached. ( Inv1.pdf (327.0 KB)
Inv2.pdf (333.1 KB)
inv3.pdf (178.1 KB)
) If there are so many such templates we need to spend significant time to configure each and every template that is not practical and expensive for the client. Is there a better way to parameterize the fields and extract the data automatically for varying templates?

Assume we need to capture the following fields (Invoice No, Address, Sold to, Shipped to, Date, Item No, Amount, Total …etc ).

Hi,

I think you can use regular expression to do that if it always said Invoice No, Address, Sold to, Shipped to, Date, Item No, Amount, Total …etc…

Use matches activity and then put the regex there
then use forloop of the match result and output the result
