Packages not available with "Windows" compatibility

Hello,

Some packages are not visible on “Manage Packages” window with “Windows” compatibility in a project, but visible with “Windows-Legacy”.
That means the packages are not available with that compatibility.
Is there any workaround to use them under “Windows” compatibility?

ex) UiPathTeam.HealthCheckUp.Activities is only available under “Windows-Legacy”.
