Custom activity does not appear in Manage Packages for Compatibility Version - Windows

Hi,

As the title suggests, the custom activities created by me do not appear in Manage Packages for the projects created with Windows as Compatibility Mode.
(the path & custom activities were created correctly because in Compatibility Mode - Windows Legacy they appear ).

Some of the packages that do not appear were created with .net6.

My studio version is 2022.4.4 Community Licence.
