Hello Developers,

Is it possible to create a bot in UiPath that will be used to identify Outlook emails received, create a random ticket number and assign this ticket number to the identified email?

Yah we can do that
—to read the mail we can use GET OUTLOOK MAIL ACTIVITY and to send mail with the random number we can use SEND OUTLOOK MAIL ACTIVITY

your requirement is to read an email and reply to it with an random ticket number.
If so, Yes it is possible use the outlook look activities for reading and replying.

Thank you for your answers. Would this require one robot since my organization is looking at UiPath and might just be using one robot for other processes.
