Outlook mail distribution from inbox to subfolders equally

Hi All,

Can anyone please help me with the workflow for the below requirement.

  1. Read outlook mails from inbox and distribute to 5 subfolders equally.
  2. After moving each mail from inbox to subfolder the excel file should get updated with subfolder name and assigned mail count.
  3. each time moving mails from inbox to subfolder the condition is subfolder with less count should get assigned first.

Note: for the fist time when we run the bot all subfolders will be empty.
